Jay Minnick brings over 20 years experience in the multi-family apartment industry to his responsibilities CEO and President. Jay’s energetic leadership style embraces variety of disciplines including finance, marketing and training and development.
Jay consistently demonstrates his passion for providing quality housing to the people of Utah having led the production and development of thousands of multi-family units throughout the state. Jay also specializes in rehabilitating older apartments. He has applied this skill to facilitating and delivering quality rehabilitation projects on time and within budget while building and motivating Millwood’s team of specialists.
Known for his enthusiastic and engaging leadership style, Jay is a past President and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Utah Apartment Association representing over 1,500 owner and managers. He is a member of the National Apartment Association and Institute of Real Estate Management. He holds a BA from the University of Utah and a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix.
