Sterling Lee

Sterling Lee originally worked for Millwood Management in the earlier part of the decade, managing maintenance workers at Fox Point in Old Farm. Impressed with his continued efforts to improve his maintenance experience by owning his own company, Sterling was asked to return to Millwood Management in 2010. He was soon made Regional Maintenance Supervisor and was promoted to General Maintenance Supervisor in December 2010.

Sterling has over 20 years of experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting and supervisory/management roles. His vast knowledge of the day to day maintenance needs of the Millwood Management properties assist him in his function as General Maintenance Supervisor where he oversees the direct maintenance of all Millwood Management properties and inspections including: HUD inspections (REAC and UHC), lender inspections, and third party owner inspections.

Sterling prides himself on being knowledgeable and hardworking. His ability to thoroughly and professionally complete projects has influenced his continued success at Millwood Management.

Sterling participates in the community by helping the homeless find work and places to live until they are able to get back on their feet. He enjoys buying things that are broken and figuring out ways to fix them. Sterling is married with two children and two dogs and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors mountain biking, and working in the yard.
