Misty Deakin of Millwood Companies and Millwood Development services as Vice President and specializes in project management throughout Millwood’s businesses. Misty has been involved with property management and development of multi-family dwellings for over 13 years.
Misty has worked at Millwood since 2001. Having learned property management and development from the ground-up, she brings a strong back ground in finance and fine-tuning operating budgets. Misty is expert at analyzing existing properties requiring a major overhaul and returning them to profitability. Her experience in the multi-family apartment industry is also a proven asset in developing and marketing new properties as they come on line at Millwood.
Misty’s primary responsibility is to assist the CEO and President with financing and development of new projects including the following: Foxboro Apartments Phase 1 in North Salt Lake Citiy (180 Units, $10 Million), Monarch Meadows Apartments in Riverton (248 units, $15 Million), Townegate Apartments in Salt Lake City (288 units, $17 Million), Foxboro Apartments Phase 2 in North Salt Lake City (60 units, $4 Million), Frontgate Apartments in Murray City (128 units, $9 Million), Egate Apartments in West Valley City (304 units, $19 Million), Farm Gate Apartments in Herriman City (496 Units, $31 Million), and Timbergate Apartments in Herriman City (288 Units, $19 Million). Misty also assists with overseeing the construction of new projects.
